Passion, dedication and adoration of the incredible mechanical and cosmetic genius that goes into the creation of a world class vehicle is what drives Trentside Classic and Sports car restoration. Much like a  vehicle, you can't always judge performance from the exterior alone; at first glance, our small, olde worlde village garage/workshop in Burringham, North Lincolnshire, seems  anything but extraordinary – but it is. Presided over by the genial Mal Nicholson, this is one of the few places in the world where first class design, mechanics, precision engineered specialist parts manufacture, body build, paint work and coach trimming are all contained within one base, by a team of dedicated craftsmen.

We live to re-create and repair a deliciously vast range of vehicles from British popular classics, 1920 upwards, to Italian world beating Le Mans and Grand Prix cars of the 50's and 60's. As varied as the cars we work on, is the incredible range of services we provide - from minor bodywork or mechanical repairs to the design and build of rare classics or one off hand-built specials. A professional, adaptable and knowledgeable team ensures there is nothing we can't tackle – and excel at.

Trentside is a one-stop shop for car restoration that can do virtually anything in-house, including manufacturing one-off panels and parts. We thrive on sorting engineering problems and taking on projects others won't touch. Ours is more than a garage that can serve you, it is the story of one man's love for superb cars and the business he has built on it over the past 15 years. Mal Nicholson's reputation for high quality specialised work has brought in treasured classics for full rebuild from all over the world.
